UMTG voting membership shall elect an executive board consisting of 1 Chairperson, 2 Production Managers, 1 Secretary, and 1 Treasurer. The positions are open to those UMTG members who are undergraduates of the University of Massachusetts. All positions last one year. All board members must uphold the purpose of UMTG. Neither the Chairperson or the 2 Production Managers can audition for any UMTG production during their year on the Executive Board. The secretary and treasurer may be on the cast or in the crew of either production during the second semester they are in office provided that three of the other four Executive Board members give their consent and that the responsibility to the board supersedes their responsibility to the show.
