Friday March 26, 1999 6:00 Registration Campus Center Atrium 6:30- Dinner Campus Center Front Room Indian and Tibetan food Discussion: Between chapters (one on one) re: mentoring, maybe including a state by state breakdown. The intention is to focus on sharing ideas and support. This will be a very informal discussion. Saturday March 27, 1999 9:00-10:00 Breakfast 10:00-10:30 Meditation (optional of course) 10:30- 11:30 Panchen Lama Ideas, Sector wide event planning etc. 11:30 - 1:00 TIBET 2000 1:00-3:00 Lunch 3:00- 3:30 Frank Ward's slide show (guy who works at our school who has a great Tibet slide show) 3:30- 4:00 Robert Rosoff's selective purchasing legislation and economic action 4:00-5:00 About Anti- Apartheid movement (student activism's role) still finding a speaker Ok, still "still finding a speaker" I left lots of messages!! Classes
Free to everyone. Learn the history, theology, and theory of traditional Tibetan Mandalas, paint one yourself to take home.
