January 24th, 2007: !! IMPORTANT DATE CHANGE !! New Englands Championships are now being held at MIT on February 24th, 2007. Please update your calendars appropriately.
December 3rd, 2006: The current team constitution is online here. We are
having a meeting to propose and discuss changes to it on Tuesday December 5th at 6:30 PM in the
armory in Boyden. Everyone is welcome to attend.
October 1st, 2006: Congrats to all those who competed at the Open at Prise de Fer this past weekend!
Highlighs include a 1st place finish in the Men's Sabre event for Ben White, earning him an upgrade to a B2006
and Leland Grigoli's 3rd place finish in Men's Epee. The UMass team has now earned 8 medals this season!
September 10th, 2006: The Novice Information Meeting will be held on Monday the 25th of September
in the far-right basketball court in the main gym of Boyden at 4pm.
Returning members who are interested
in coaching Novice groups, please talk to Ben ASAP.
September 2nd, 2006: The first team meeting of the year will be on Monday the 11th of September
in the armoury in Boyden Gym at 6:30pm. See you all there!
September 1st, 2006: The New England Division of the United States Fencing Association has
posted its Fall '06 schedule on its website ( here ). As always
team members are encouraged to attend USFA events. Mark your schedules now!
August 21st, 2006: The 2006-2007 Schedule is now up in the usual place. Enjoy!
August 20th, 2006: The website has been updated for the 2006-2007 season. Also, results for
the winter, spring, and summer of 2006 have been retroactively added (USFA results only). If a result
is incorrect or ommitted, please contact the webmaster for a fix. If your profile is not in
the "people" section, this will be corrected when the semester begins.
Everyone please remember to renew your
USFA memberships!
