I must apologize I forget to mention something pretty important. Convention Host Club applications are to be summitted and postmarked by October 9th. If anyclub is interested in putting together a proposal please email me and I will send you the form that goes along with the proposal. In the proposal you should include a theme for convention, the strenght and dedication of you club and how many people you plan on having attend the convention. This is a very big responsibility but I'm sure there are plenty clubs in our district that can take on the task. So once again, please email if you need the host club form.
