Regular meeting: 114 Stockbridge Hall 6:30 pm
Minutes: We started our final meeting of Decmeber with just about all our
members! I talked about Secreta Santaas and made sure everyone is aware
of who they have by sight and ect. Erin then talked about caroling on the
11th of December for the old folks home. It is an interclub with Mt.
Holyoak and they want to meet before to practice at around 6:00pm. For
more information contact Erin B.! Suzanne is still working on information
for the toys for the local children and asks that everyone bring $5 to
donate to the cause incase we can't get a list of toys in time!
People are doing really well with their Kiwanis auction stuff and we have
accumulated a lot of hours already! I will take responsibility for the
Kiwanians that haven't contacted their Circle-Kers yet. Speaking of the
Kiwan-os, they are having a holiday party on the 16th of December and we
are all invited to attend. They are also having a Salvation Army part on
the 9th at their meeting then. It is sure to be a good time, there will
be lots of children and Kiwanians too!
As far as the lollipop tree goes, we are putting a hold on it until next
semester so we will have more time to figure things al out. But Corinne
requests that everyone still try to get their donations. We also worked
on project B.E.L.T.S. again for Andrea and she passed around a sign-up
sheet to do it in the local school for the week of finals. Andrea talked
about warm the kiddies and if you need your coupons from her, contact her!
We also talked about the officer elections. They take over in April, so
think about running now!
