Regular Meeting: room 114 Stockbridge Hall 6:30 - 7:30
Minutes: This was our welcome back to college/circle K meeting!!!
Everyone seemed in good health and excited to start another kickin' year.
We reviewed the officer positions for the upcoming elections (as best we
could!) and I think we have some people interested. Aaron, our new
convention chair, reviewed the outline for the convention. Andrea, Aaron,
Stephanie, Corinne, Aimee, Erin, Lauren, Suzanne and myself are definately
going. So far, that's nine and we think we have a ten or maybe eleven!
We are going to have a convention meeting this Sunday at "convention
central" aka Andrea's house (71 Pufftin) which is really nice. They have
this split kind of thing, like two floors! The stair case is really
sweet, and plus she has a giant cactus in her living room! Wonder what
that's for...
Corinne talked about the fundraiser. We are still pursuing that raffle
idea and are putting it back in action. See Corinne for letters of
request and for restaurants that haven't already been attacked! People
gave me their service hours for the report I am doing tonight and Andrea
added in the project BELTS info. We have decided that our meetings are
going to be on Wednesday nights as always, 6:30 - 7:30 at 114 Stockbridge.
