The Technology Transfer Process and Working with CVIP
At this seminar you will:
- Get to know the technology transfer professionals in CVIP and better understand CVIP’s role in the invention management and licensing process
- Understand the goals of UMass Amherst and CVIP as they relate to technology transfer
- Become familiar with how to formally disclose an invention to CVIP and how that disclosure will be evaluated
- Understand the range of possible outcomes once an invention is disclosed
