This workshop is designed for new principal investigators adn will present strategies for both managing the adminstrative tasks of  your grant and staying focused on the really important piece....THE RESEARCH! It includes information on managing budges, subcontracts and consultants and methods for keeping your research on track and publicizing results. Dr. Maureen Perry Jenkins, who has over ten years of NIH funding and substantioal experience managing large grants, will lead the workshop.
