New and competing renewal proposals:
Progress Reports, annual non-competing continuation reports
Progress Reports are submitted annually a few months in advance of the expiration of the current budget period. The DOE program officer will send the PI either an email or hard copy correspondence providing direction on the submission of the Progress Report. In addition to those instructions, please observe the following:
- Submit the completed Progress Report along with an IPF to OGCA following standard proposal submission procedures
- Consult with the Controller's Office for assistance in identifying expenditures for the current budget period and cumulative project period as required on ED Form 524B "Grant Performance Report, Cover Sheet". Please use the linked form provided. It is necessary to provide OGCA with evidence of your consultation with an Accountant on the expenditure profile, please have the Accountant email the appropriate OGCA Staff member with the expenditure profile.
