The transition of e-Protocol for both human subjects (IRB) and animal subjects (IACUC) to Kuali Research has been rescheduled to address a technical matter related to loading students as protocol personnel or protocol directors. Kuali will be available for IRB & IACUC starting Tuesday, October 15, 2019 (previously September 9th). Transition details are below.



NIH issued a notice on July 24, 2019 delaying the requirement for institutions to report the results of basic research on human studies in ClinicalTrials.gov until September 2021. See the full notice at https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-OD-19-126.html

NIH will require ORCID iDs for trainees supported by existing Research Training (e.g. T32) and Research Education (e.g. R25) awards beginning October 1, 2019. Beginning with receipt dates on or after January 25, 2020, the requirement for ORCID identifiers will also be enforced at the time of application for individual fellowship (F31, F32) and career development (K series) applications....
