Needle and Syringe Use

Acccording to Massachusetts regulation enacted September 18, 2006 anyone in Massachusetts over the age of 18 can purchase hypodermic needles and syringes without a prescription. The supplier may request proof that the buyer is over 18 when needles and syringes are purchased without a prescription.
