Subject: New Submission Deadline for Grants.gov
Attention
all Principal Investigators, beginning Jan 1, 2007 the new submission deadline
will be 96 (4 days) hours for the "completed" Grant.Gov application.
As
many of you are aware the federal government continues to move forward with its
plans to transition all proposal submissions through Grants.Gov. The
added technical requirements of supporting grants.gov submissions by the
OGCA
requires more lead time than is currently being honored by
most submitters. In order for OGCA to assure a submission will be
completed we must have a minimum of four (4) working days from the submission
deadline in order too achieve this. All proposals received after this deadline
must be accompanied with a justification memo from the College Dean.
