I understand that I may relieve OGCA of the responsibility for the transmittal of my proposal but not for its review and approval by OGCA as required by Trustee document T81-051. I agree, therefore, not to modify in any way the proposal as endorsed by the Director/ Associate Director of OGCA on the Internal Processing Form dated __________prior to transmittal to the Sponsor.
