eIPF Help (Word)

The eIPF in Microsoft Word format is designed to be downloaded to your hard drive and used as a template for all your proposals with OGCA.

To use the Word version of the eIPF:

• Go to the eIPF page and click on the Word format.
• You are given the option to save or open, choose Save.
• Name it and save it in a folder.
• Browse to that folder, open it with Word.
• If you want to customize it, fill in boiler plate information, click "save as..." and choose type template.
• The next time you need an IPF, just go to File>New and choose the template out of the list.
• The document has to be locked so the form fields will work. 
• Simply use the Tab key to move from field to field.
