Fragment Analysis/Genotyping/Molecular Fingerprinting

Introduction

We offer Fragment Analysis/Genotyping/molecular fingerprinting service to the University of Massachusetts - Amherst, the other institutions of the Five Colleges consortium and the greater Pioneer Valley scientific community. Please contact Genomics Resource Lab for microsatellite variation analysis, SNP analysis, Denaturing Gradient Gel Elecrophoresis (DGGE) and Temperature gradient gel electrophoresis (TGGE).

Genetic Analyzer
