Allow Pop-Ups / Disable Pop-Up Blocker

Important! - Pop-up blocking software prevents the e-Protocol application from opening certain windows. You'll need to make sure that your browser has all pop-up blocking software disabled.

For instructions on how to enable pop-up windows for browsers not listed below, please see your browser HELP for guidance.

Allow Pop-ups in Chrome

By default, Google Chrome blocks pop-ups from automatically showing up on your screen. When a pop-up is blocked, the address bar will be marked Pop-up blocked Pop-up blocked. You can also decide to allow pop-ups.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.

  3. At the bottom, click Advanced.

  4. Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings.

  5. Click Popups.

  6. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed.

Allow Pop-ups in Mozilla FireFox

  1. Open the "Mozilla FireFox" Browser.

  2. Click on the drop down menu on the top right corner of the firefox browser, and select "Options."

  3. The "Options" window will open.

  4. Click on the "Privacy and Security" tab on the left.

  5. Within the Permissions section, un-check or de-select the "Block pop-up windows" checkbox.

  6. Close the Options tab by clicking on the "X".

  7. Pop-Up Windows is now blocked in Mozilla Firefox Browser.

Allow Pop-ups in Internet Explorer

  1. Open the Internet Explorer Browser

  2. On the Tools menu, click Pop-up Blocker

  3. Select Turn off Pop-up Blocker.

  4. When Pop-up Blocker is correctly turned off, it will show Turn on Pop-up Blocker.

Allow Pop-ups in Safari

  1. Open the Safari Browser

  2. On the Safari menu, look to see if Block Pop-up Windows is checked.

  3. If so, click Block Pop-up Windows once to turn off pop-up blocking

  4. When pop-up blocker is correctly turned off, it will show Block Pop-up Windows as unchecked.

NOTE: Google and Yahoo toolbars each add their own additional layer of pop-up blocking software, in addition to the browser's software. Please see your browser's Help guidance.
