The completed application will be a maximum of 7 pages total: proposal narrative (3 pages), budget (1), short cv (2), & cover sheet (1).  For projects with a co-PI, two extra pages for the co-PI's cv can be added.

Note that the dean's signature on the cover sheet will suffice for the "statement from your dean."

To Submit:

Completed applications can be submitted electronically as a pdf or in hard copy, as follows:

1) To submit electronically, save your doc file as a pdf renamed <yourname>.pdf and upload from this link. You should receive an email acknowledgment from me by the next business day. (If you do not have a facility to scan the cover page, indicate that it will come under separate cover.)

OR

2) To submit hard copy, one original of your proposal may be sent or brought to:

Applications should arrive by 3 pm on the day of the deadline.
