Su's dissertation research focused on "A Bayesian Testlet Response Model with Covariates: A Simulation Study and Two Applications" (completed September of 2007) and was chaired by Dr. Lisa A. Keller. She is currently employed at the National Board of Medical Examiners in Philadelphia, PA.
Peter's dissertation on "A Procedure for Developing a Common Metric in Item Response Theory When Parameter Posterior Distributions are Known" (completed in September of 2007) was chaired by Dr. Lisa A. Keller. He is currently at the National Board of Medical Examiners in Philadelphia, PA.
Kyung's dissertation on "Impact of item Parameter Drift on Test Equating and Proficiency Estimates" was chaired by Dr. Craig S. Wells and was defended in April 2008. He will be taking a position at the Graduate Management Admissions Council in McLean, VA.
Yue's study of "Approaches for Addressing the Fit of Item Response Theory Models to Educational Test Data" is chaired by Dr. Ronald K. Hambleton and will be defended in May 2008. She is presently at Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ.
