| The Center for Educational Assessment has been working with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education over the past 10 years to prepare reports that address the validity of different aspects of the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS). The Center retained control of all technical aspects of the work, and is completely responsible for all conclusions that are made in these reports.
