Hambleton to Speak at Festschrift for David Blackmore |
UMass' Professor Ronald K. Hambleton will be a guest speaker at the upcoming Festschrift being held in honor of Dr. David Blackmore, who is retiring as Director of Research and Development at the Medical Council of Canada (MCC). The Festschrift is being held at Ottawa's Westin Hotel in Ontario, Canada. Professor Hambleton will be speaking on the topic of standard setting.
