UMass' Professor Ronald K. Hambleton delivered one of the invited addresses at the International Conference on Outcomes Measurement (ICOM) held in Bethesda, Maryland from September 11 to 13, 2008. The title of his presentation was "A Personal History of Computer-Adaptive Testing." The meeting was hosted by the National Institute of Health, the National Institute on Drug Abuse, and the Office of Behavioral Social Science Research.
