Online teachings and guided meditations
This website includes some guided meditations and short teachings by Dr. Mark Hart, the Buddhist adviser at Amherst College, which you can use for your own meditation. (Dr. Hart led a guided meditation at UMass Amherst during our Fall 2011 New Student Orientation, and we are grateful for his willingness to share this resource with us.)

Dr. Hart leads a weekly meditation session at Amherst College, which is open to all Five College students... Tuesdays at 4:30pm at Chapin Auditorium
