Weekly Meditation Group
This student-led meditation group is nondenominational and open to all members of the University community, whether experienced or novice. Students of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome!

Soka Buddhist Club / Buddhist Philosophy Association
This RSO (registered student organization) provides a spiritual meeting place for Buddhist students at UMass Amherst.

Online teachings and guided meditations
This website includes some guided meditations and short teachings by Dr. Mark Hart, which you can use for your own meditation.

Jampel Nyingpo Ling (Center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies)
A locally-based center offering teachings on Buddhism and Tibetan language to local community members including students at the Five Colleges.
