Graduation Information

Senior Year in Absentia
You will need prior approval for completing your senior undergraduate year in absentia. Please submit a completed Prior Approval form, available at 207 Whitmore Administration Building. Remember, if the course or courses are to count toward your major/college requirement you must see your departmental advisor/college advisor for approval and their signature.
Please bring the completed form to 207 Whitmore Administration Building.
Transfer Courses
Transfer courses taken after initial enrollment need prior approval. If you decide to take courses at another institution during the Summer or while on leave from the University you must file a Prior Approval form to determine which University and/or major requirements will be fulfilled upon completion of the course. If the course or courses are to count toward your major/college requirement you must see your departmental advisor/college advisor for approval and their signature. Please submit a completed Prior Approval for Transfer Courses form, which you can pick up at 207 Whitmore Administration Building. Bring the completed form to 207 Whitmore.
