Graduation Information
For details about changing your Graduation Date and ceremonial name,
graduation clearance information and dates you can expect to receive
your diploma, click on "Graduation and Diplomas" above.
International Transcript Review
Information for current UMass students requesting an initial or
revised evaluation of credits from a school outside the United States,
visit the International Transcript Review page.
Senior Year in Absentia
You will need prior approval for completing your senior undergraduate year in absentia. Please submit a completed Prior Approval form,
available at 209 Whitmore Administration Building. Remember, if the
course or courses are to count toward your major/college requirement
you must see your departmental advisor/college advisor for approval and
their signature.
Please bring the completed form to 209 Whitmore Administration Building.
Transfer Courses
Transfer courses taken after initial enrollment need prior approval. If
you decide to take courses at another institution during the Summer or
while on leave from the University you must file a Prior Approval form
to determine which University and/or major requirements will be
fulfilled upon completion of the course. If the course or courses are
to count toward your major/college requirement you must see your
departmental advisor/college advisor for approval and their signature.
Please submit a completed Prior Approval for Transfer Courses form,
which you can pick up at 209 Whitmore Administration Building. Bring
the completed form to 209 Whitmore.
