Diplomas and Graduation

When Can I Expect to Receive My Diploma?
The Registrar's Office staff have 6 weeks from the official graduation date to clear all students for graduation. After the 6 week deadline, diplomas will begin to be mailed. A general guideline for this mailing is:

If your graduation date is:
February, your diploma will be mailed in April.
May, your diploma will be mailed in August.
September, your diploma will be mailed in November.

If you are cleared late for graduation, your diploma will be mailed approximately 6-8 weeks from the date your graduation clearance was completed.

Where Will My Diploma Be Mailed?
Diplomas are mailed to the mailing address we have listed for you in our files. If you want a different address used for your diploma, you can change your mailing address on SPIRE, or send in a written letter which includes your name, social security number, date of graduation, the address where you would like your diploma mailed, and your signature. We will not send your diploma to a different address without written authorization from you.

Who Can I Call If I Have a Question About My Diploma?
Call the main line: 545-0555 for inquiries, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Or send in a letter with your full name, social security number, date of birth and date of graduation to:
