Standard Class Meeting Times

The valid class meeting times on Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Fridays only are fifty minutes as follows:

8:00am - 8:50am 1:25pm - 2:15pm
9:05am - 9:55am 2:30pm - 3:20pm
10:10am - 11am 3:35pm - 4:25pm
11:15am - 12:05pm 4:40pm - 5:30pm
12:20pm - 1:10pm  


The valid class meeting times on Tuesdays and Thursdays only are seventy-five minutes as follows:

8:00am - 9:15am
9:30am - 10:45am
11:15am - 12:30pm
1:00pm - 2:15pm
2:30pm - 3:45pm
4:00pm - 5:15pm

Any classes that last more than one period, such as science labs that meet only once a week, should begin at one of the valid starting times above that is appropriate for its day. Be advised that classes that last for more than one period will be very limited in classroom assignment choices. In addition, it will be extremely difficult to change classroom locations for these classes once classrooms have been assigned for the semester.


The following times may be used in the evening on any day of the week:

Please Note: 7:00-9:00 PM is reserved for Evening Exams. (Hour-long evening exams should be scheduled from 7:15 - 8:15 PM.) Instructors of any classes approved to be offered during this time MUST allow students to make up missed class work when the students are expected to attend an evening exam. Certain one-day-a-week courses will be given priority over exams on Monday and Tuesday evenings, while exams scheduled within the 7 to 9 p.m. time period retain priority over all classes on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
