When you join this RAP you will
- Enroll in a unique 1-credit seminar created specifically for Political Science majors. The seminar will taught by an advanced graduate student (alumni of UMass as an undergraduate) with the participation of current seniors in the major.
- Work closely with faculty members through a variety of academic opportunities offered by the department.
- Discuss and identify ways to pursue your academic and/or career goals.
- Share your living-and-learning experience with a community of high-achieving Political Science Majors.
Classes
Students will enroll in the following classes:
- Political Science 197B “Power” small section taught by faculty in the residential area
- Political Science 193S “Life in Political Science” Departmental Seminar 1-credit
- English 112 – College Writing, in the residential area
Location
Students will live in Pierpont Hall in the Southwest area of campus.
