The Boston Chapter of the PSU will be holding lunch meetings in eight buildings across the Boston campus this January to discuss the Performance Management Program (PMP) evaluation process. PSU-Boston will provide pizza.

PSU members at Boston should receive an invitation to the meeting for the building where they work. If you are unable to attend at that time, we strongly encourage you to attend one of the other meetings.

Boston: We Will Be Paid!

We are thrilled to announce that after 18 months of fighting with the University—first over attempts to destroy key parts of our contract, and then over the University’s refusal to fully pay the negotiated increases—we will finally have our new contract fully implemented with the first set of salary increases paid on September 25th and all retroactive monies owed paid on October 23rd.

Contract Funding Update

Dear PSU Members,

We know you are anxious to hear what’s happening with our salary increases since the PSU contracts (Unit A-Amherst/Boston and Unit B-Amherst) were ratified this spring. We apologize in advance for the length and complexity of this message; the short story is that we are optimistic that we will see partial increases quite soon, and hopeful that our salary increases will be fully paid in a couple of months.
