There is an information "Meet & Greet" session tomorrow, Tuesday, September 26, from 11:00 – 2:00 in the Campus Center Room 162-75.

There will be flyers there for the various elected positions in our local.  This was promised to be posted on the web last week, but hasn't made it there yet.  Our apologies.  Trust that we are ALL looking forward to the Communications Committee taking over tasks like this!  There will be people there who can either answer your questions or will find an answer for you.

Information will be available for ALL elected positions, not only the Executive Committee positions.

September 14, 2006 – Election notice sent with preliminary information;  nominations open for Executive Committee

September 26, 2006 – Information Session

October 4, 2006 – at midnight, nominations close for the Executive Committee seats

October 6, 2006 – nominations open for Delegate Council seats

October 11, 2006 – deadline for submission of statements for Executive Committee seats

October 12, 2006 – Absentee ballots mailed to members requesting

October 18, 2006 – Executive Committee elections

October 20, 2006 – at midnight, nominations close for Delegate Council

October 27, 2006 – Delegate Council elections held in each area

PLEASE HELP

We still need help running these elections, since some members of the election committee will be running for Delegate seats.  Please consider helping out in any way, including nomination confirmations, manning the elections tables, collecting and organizing candidate statements, editing documents to get them to the web on-time…  or best of all, run for a seat.
