The MTA Annual Meeting is Mothers' Day weekend, May 11th through the 12th, in
Boston.

We are seeking volunteers to represent PSU-UMA at this event. You will be
required to attend all sessions. PSU will pay for your hotel, and you will get
an allowance for your Friday night meal.

You will be required to register at the hotel by 10:00 a.m. Friday May 11th.
Run-off voting ends at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday the 12th.

Volunteering is a firm commitment that cannot be arbitrarily forfeited. We are
required to send the name of each delegate and payment for the rooms to the MTA
for pre-registration by Monday April 9th.

Names will be accepted until noon on Wednesday, April 4th.
If we have an excessive number of volunteers, an election will be held on
Thursday, April 5th. The election committee will discuss the method for this
election at their meeting on Monday the 2nd, and you will be notified.
