Thank you for your interest in our graduate program. On this page, you can find application procedures and links to application forms.

Graduate School Online Forms

The University of Massachusetts Graduate School provides online forms to request information and submit applications.

    Request for Information

    Application for Admission

Or, if you would prefer to have application materials mailed to you, call the Graduate School at (413) 545-0721.

Applications must be sent directly to the Graduate School, not to Entomology, and must be accompanied by payment for the application fee. The application will not be processed until the payment has been received by the Graduate School.

It would also be useful to consult the Graduate School Bulletin and Guidelines for Master/Doctoral Degree Candidates.

Department of Entomology Graduate Student Handbook

For more detailed information about the Graduate Program in Entomology, download the Entomology Graduate Student Handbook.
