Once you have created a PowerPoint show with PRS Questions here is how to run it.

Starting a PowerPoint Session

  1. Make sure that your PRS Reciever (USB or Hub) is plugged in, working, and properly registered by your computer.

    Note: If your PRS Reciever is not plugged in, your session will not start - you will get a blank screen on start-up.
  2. Start the Interwrite Response program before you start the PowerPoint session.
  3. Start your PowerPoint presentation in Slide-Show mode. This show should already have PRS questions added.
  4. You should recieve a pop-up box marked PRSAddIn. Click on Yes to start your PowerPoint PRS Session.
  5. A new window labelled Collect Responses New Session will appear. Click OK to continue.

    Note: Make sure the correct class is chosen; It is also good practice to change and create a practical name in the Name field
  6. Your PowerPoint PRS Session should now start.
