Sample PRS Syllabi

Here are some examples of how to put PRS on your syllabus. Feel free to borrow from it if you wish.

Syllabus Example 1:

Personal Response System (PRS):
The course will be using the PRS system each class period. New and used units are available at the Textbook Annex. You must bring your PRS unit to class each day in order to earn PRS points. Attending class without the PRS unit is OK, but you will not receive any PRS points that day. You can miss two classes before your PRS grade suffers.

Syllabus Example 2:

Personal Response System (PRS) Transmitter:
This is required for use during lectures and is available at all Textbook Annex checkouts. You will not find it in the same location where you purchase the textbook. New price is $__. Used price is $__. Buy back is $__. New and used transmitters do come with batteries.
