UMass Amherst Procurement Transition
The UMass Amherst Procurement Department has transitioned to the Unified Procurement Services Team (UPST) in the UMass President’s Office.

Once we receive and approve your application, you will be required to complete an online training. The online training for Procard users includes:
- Summary of Cardholder Procedures and Policies
- Review of Records Manager Responsibilities
- Audit Requests and Archiving Procedures
- Frequently Asked Questions
We also offer Procard Records Manager online training. Details for training will be provided after we receive your Procard Application.
