TENT & ENTERTAINMENT ACCESSORIES, RENTAL OF

Contract Term: July 1, 2008 - June 30, 2010

Following are the vendors who have been awarded the University Contract for the rental of tents and entertainment accessories. Tent rentals include set up and removal. Tables and chairs have an hourly rate for labor for set up and/or breakdown, as noted. Delivery fees are as listed.

$35.00 per laborer per hour less 5% for a rate of $33.25 Net Price

25% of chair/table cost for set up and breakdown.
15% of chair/table cost for set up or breakdown.

$160.00 plus $64 fuel surcharge = Total transportation cost of $224 per order

-No deposit required
-Eight business day notice required for linen rentals
-No toilet service available to Amherst
