Contract Pricing: Pricing is F.O.B Destination to the end-user institution, with all shipping charges included in the bid prices. GovConnection, Inc. will price any orders received from the ordering institution/department at the select contract rate, regardless of whether the ordering institution/department remembers to reference the contract agreement in their order. But for ease of recording keeping please reference RFB # AA09-JM-3020 on all orders. Exception: Institutions that may elect to contract with the successful bidder outside of the Select Agreement (Campus License through MHEC).
Method of Payment – GovConnection, Inc. will accept Procard or a purchase order for payment.
Pricing: Pricing is based on a percentage discount from the current Microsoft published list prices at time of order for Microsoft’s contract license and software assurance pricing and installation media. List prices may increase or decrease in cost from Microsoft, but the discounts shall remain firm throughout the term of the contract. The Microsoft published price list that is current at the time of each order will be used to calculate the net price for that order. Reports: GovConnection, Inc. will provide quarterly and year-end accounting reports by institution/customer department/product purchased. This data will be provided to the “central site” staff within 15 days after the close of the period in question. The information will be supplied in an electronic format and can be obtained by individual institutions thru the UMass Amherst OIT Department.

Knowledge Bases: Access Microsoft web site for free unlimited access.
Marketing: GovConnection, Inc. will work with the institutions to market their products to their end users to insure that maximum savings are realized under this contract. Please contact the representative listed herein. As part of this effort GovConnection, Inc. will develop and maintain a customized UMass web site specific to this contract.
