Mason service representative will set up your account and email your initial password and some reference information. Contact Customer Service if you have any questions.
    Internet ordering is reserved for Procard users. Orders can also be placed through the eProcurement marketplace.

HOW DO I OPEN AN INTERNET ACCESS ACCOUNT WITH W. B. MASON?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH W. B. MASON?

  • Order off the WEB using your Procard at http://www.wbmason.com/. If you need to set up an internet access account, follow the steps outlined above. Remember if you do not log-in with a UMass account, you will not have access to the reduced contract pricing and tax exempt status.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER FROM W. B. MASON?

  • Orders for in-stock items that are placed with W. B. Mason by 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, will be delivered the next business day.

  • W. B. Mason will contact you if an item has been discontinued or temporarily unavailable and offer a suggested replacement at the same cost as the item ordered.

HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED WITH W. B. MASON?

  • Returns may be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the original packaging*.

  • To process:

    • Call W. B. Mason Customer Service at 1.888.926.2766 - Ext. 1570.
    • Provide the order number and item information for the merchandise you need to return.
    • Hold the item until the driver requests the return and has the applicable return paperwork.
    • Make sure to keep a copy of the return paperwork for your records.
  • PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY ITEM TO THE W. B. MASON DRIVER WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE ABOVE PROCESS
  • Credit will be processed and applied to your account within 14 days.

*Exception - W. B. Mason can not accept returns on Special Order items; items that have been ordered directly from the manufacturer.
