Follow these steps
1. Complete a Print Order Form (PDF).
If this is a re-order, include a laser print and/or sample of the item we are reprinting and a previous reference number (our job number) if available.
If it is a new item, include as much information as you can about the job: paper type, color, ink(s), special formatting, numbering, bindery / finishing, packaging requirements, etc. Make sure to include laser print and/or sample.
Please be sure to include your shipping address if you would like on campus delivery.
2. Submit your order.
You may fax the Order Form to (413) 545-3377 or send it via campus mail to:
Print Services, 151 Whitmore Administration Building, Amherst, MA 01003-9313
3. Submit your digital files.
You may submit your digital files via email to print@admin.umass.edu. You may also opt to bring your files to our office. We accept CDs, Zip (100 & 250), 3.5" Floppy , and USB Memory Sticks. Please be sure to let our Customer Service Representatives know how you plan to submit your files.
