Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00, UMass academic calendar.

Our classrooms are equipped with observation booths and speaker systems. If you would like to observe please call the office to set up a visit. We prefer that visitors come on Wednesday mornings, and we request that you please sign in at the ECLS office before going to an observation booth.

Directions to UMass:

From the North: Take I-91 to exit 25. Left to route 116 toward Amherst. Right onto routes 5& 10 (briefly). Left onto route 116 (again) at the gas station. Get off at the UMass exit. Stay on this road (Mass. Ave) until the second light where you turn left onto North Pleasant St. Skinner Hall is down the road to your right.

From the South: Take I-91 to exit 19. Right onto route 9. Left after the mall onto route 116. Take the first exit (UMass). Stay on this road (Mass. Ave) until the second light where you turn left onto North Pleasant St. Skinner Hall is down the road to your right.

From the Mass. Pike: Exit at West Springfield (Exit #4) onto I-91 North. Follow directions above - From the South.

Parking is available at the UMass Parking Garage which is located at the Campus Center, across the street from Skinner Hall.
