The Pre-Law Advisor, Matthew Light, is available four days a week to discuss the law school application process with students (M-Th, 10-1). Dr. Light can help you decide whether to go to law school, and which schools you should apply to. He provides consultations about preparing for the LSAT, drafting personal statements, obtaining letters of recommendation and financing your legal education.

The Pre-Law Advising office is also responisble for processing the Dean's Certification letters required by some law schools. Dr. Light also offers a series of workshops throughout the year on different aspects of the law school admission process.
