Stockbridge
School The Stockbridge School of Agriculture, founded in 1918, is a part of the College of Natural Resources and the Environment. Stockbridge offers an Associate of Science degree in six majors. Three of these majors are centered around course work in the Department of Plant and Soil Sciences. These are: Fruit and Vegetable Crops, Horticulture, and Turfgrass Management. The mission of the Stockbridge School is to offer programs that develop applied skills, emphasizing hands-on field applications of principles and practices. Forty percent of Stockbridge graduates transfer to the University to complete a bachelor degree. For more information,
