Course Description:
Learning the biochemistry and physiology occurring in harvested fruits, vegetables, and flowers sufficiently to understand the processes occurring inside them. Also, learning the principles and practices that apply to commercial handling of harvested fruits, vegetables, and flowers sufficiently to be able to make wise decisions about handling produce.
