Research:

I am a bioarchaeologist focusing on evidence of malnutrition, disease, and trauma on the skeleton. In particular, I am interested in how the existence of these conditions on the skeleton may be evidence of structural violence within
past populations. In addition, I am part of the repatriation committee within the department and am committed to research projects developed in collaboration with descendant communities.
