Research

My current work focuses on the disease ecology of M. griseorufus, identifying parasite species richness in the populations at Beza Mahafaly, and understanding transmission patterns of the intestinal parasites.  I am interested in expanding this work to include other infectious agents, other animals and eventually humans.  And also to understand co-evolutionary relationships between pathogen strategies and the host immune system.
