Mayayi was a member of the MURALS REU program. She graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University in 2024. During her time at UMass she studied protein encapsulation via complex coacervation. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going for walks, and watching anime.
Mayayi is currently working as a research technician in the Teplensky Lab at Boston University.
