Along with the development of a Student Information System, we need to invest in new technologies and systems for Management Information. Several projects are already underway as part of the Redesign, Restructuring and Continuous Quality Improvement Programs, including the All Campus Card, a Purchasing Card, and revision of hiring and payroll procedures. The $2.0M allocation here is an initial guess but more funds may be required over time. At present we do not know the full extent of funds that will be saved as a result of the more efficient streams of service that emerge from Administrative Redesign.
