I am delighted to welcome you to the UMass Amherst community and the Office of Parent Services. Our office is staffed with knowledgeable and dedicated people who are eager to help you navigate the UMass Amherst terrain.

The Office of Parent Services is the place you can turn to when you have a question about the university, need help sorting out a problem or want advice about how to handle a student issue.
