OSI Pharmaceuticals
University Relations U.S.
Our U.S.-based internships are paid or unpaid and generally last between 9 and 12 weeks. Interns become part of a high-performance team. They work on challenging projects and actively participate in meetings. This brings interns exposure to key business areas.
All internships include:
- Training through projects and tasks
- Educating about the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
- Mentoring by OSI employees
- Presenting a project report to peers, supervisors, and senior management
We offer students an excellent training ground and allow interns to put their education and talent to work.
Selection
The program is open to both undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in a degree program. Students of all majors are eligible to apply. We look for students with a "can-do attitude" who have a high level of enthusiasm and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
You must apply for our internships and include a resume and cover letter indicating why you would like to participate in our internship program and what type of internship you are interested in, as well as what you expect to gain from the internship program. Campus Recruiting
As a company we participate in on-campus recruiting during the spring and fall semesters. Included with our on-campus recruitment visits, we are available to make a company presentation to students. We are interested in B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. candidates in various scientific disciplines. We also attend job fairs and send our job postings to a variety of colleges.
