Abstract of Award
Cofunded: Earth Sciences

Eligibility: Students must be US citizens enrolled in a degree program at a college or university, have a high academic standing and a strong science background.
Stipend: and subsistence are provided for each student plus research expenses, and in some cases, travel funds. Amounts vary by program.
Application: There are separate project descriptions and application forms for the Evolutionary Biology Program and for the Physical Sciences program on which you need to include a list of courses taken, a statement of why you are interested in the project(s) you choose, as well as names of three individuals who can be contacted for a recommendation who know you academically.
Deadline: Deadlines are listed on the application forms (see above). The internship appointment is effective from the beginning of June through mid August.
