Internships

The Alliance to Save Energy offers paid internships for undergraduate, graduate students, and recent graduates at our offices in Washington, DC.
Alliance interns perform substantive work in cooperation with leading energy and environmental professionals while learning about energy-efficiency policies and programs in a supportive working environment. Interns support the Alliance though research, writing, database management, and other programmatic and administrative duties.
Interns work full-time during regular offices hours (normally Monday through Friday; 9:00 am to 5:30 pm) and receive an hourly wage and a monthly public transportation stipend. All intern positions occur in our office in Washington, DC; we do not offer telecommuting internships.
Internships are available on a rotating basis:

• Summer (May thru Sep);
• Fall (Aug thru Dec); and
• Spring (Jan thru May).
