Biogen Idec offers internships for students majoring in life science and non-science disciplines, with positions open in many groups across the company. Our college internship program is designed to offer opportunities to students who are interested in exploring the biotech industry and a potential career at Biogen Idec.
Through hands-on work experience, we offer a supportive, collaborative teaching environment aimed at developing our interns' skills and identify their career goals.  We seek students who are interested in building a long-term relationship with Biogen Idec

What do you require to be eligible for a summer internship?
Students must have completed their freshman year at an accredited university and they must be planning to return to school following their internship.
What do you pay your interns?
Interns are paid on an hourly basis, according to the last year completed in school and field of study.
Application Deadline
Biogen Idec will review resumes year-round. For summer internships, please submit your resume by the end of March. Summer Internships will begin in May and last for a 10-12 week period.
